Depends of your age and gender but i assume you're a young girl. You permanently stop growing roughly ~2 years after your first menstrual periods

If you're a man you stop growing at ~22yo

And explained that's over if you've your menstrual periods since a long time. Spikes in estrogen are closing the growth plates.
Only a leg lengthening is the real solution but again, if you're a girl, being short will not impact you in life

It's not a major issue for us women to be short unless you are planning on modelling . Just wear heels .
