14yo, do i still grow the same sleeping 8 hours from 3 till 11 or no? And if my growth plates are closing do i take hgh at 14? Im currently 5 10

don't take hgh it doesn't actually make you taller it will hasten how fast you will grow but you will most likely end up taller if you hadn't used hgh
