I personally think it's useless, there are plenty of things you could do to tighten skin and reduce water.

I microneedle (pen and shamp) , retinoid, collagen supps , volufiline, take kalium, est banana and drink coconut water daily so yh I do everything in the book really, feel like icing could help shrink pores more and help gebloat same with guasha

Might get co2 lasering and or chemical peels done to tighten skin and gwt eid of acne scarring

I use niacinamide as a sup , not as an active yet and i use glycolic acid already as an active in my weekly routine
