Guess my body fat %

Since many people don't believe in BMI, I have to come up with another indicator called body fat %. I don't have inch tape or caliper at home to measure body fat.

u can tru measuring it by internet tests it’s not 100% accurate tho or you go to a place that does it, afleast in my country they do it for free in drugstores

I am not aware of such stores in my country that do that. Even if they do, they will def charge more. I am not even from some big city.

Therefore, internet tests are ideal for me.

Reasons why I have low muscle mass

- I don't hit gym cuz gym is very far from my home and waste lots of time on my dog
- Bad genetics
- I was skinny as a kid
- I use smartphone at night. I wake up between my sleep cycle for 30 min to again fall asleep.
- I am not wealthy enough. Can afford eggs, but not meat. Meat is like twice a month. Plant proteins like nuts are expensive. Lentils are more carbs and poor protein absorption.

You don’t even need to go to the gym most beginners can make great gains with just working out at home with a 20lb dumbbell. And if you don’t have a dumbbell get creative and just get a big milk/water jug and fill it with water and you have at least 10+ pounds. Those are good cause they have a handle

not really and I said beginners, eventually you probably will need heavier weights for progressive overload especially for guys cause they’re stronger but for girls it definitely works. You can target every muscle with free weights

as somebody who has actually done this for 1-2 years, this is complete cope. I had 35 lbs pound dumbells and was struggling to use them after 4 months of proper training and nutrition, mind you I was an extremely skinny 15 y o kid and Im genetically weak, this is a grown man which probably twice the muscle that I had back then. The second I had an access to the gym I spent 90% of the money my parents gave me just to waste a whole day to go to the gym at least once weekly.

And you can’t even train legs jfl. Unless he physically can’t go to a gym, home training is infinitely inferior and is gigainferior and super low roi, @over0 is right

Wish you luck with that tbh, gym is infinitely better and if you can go at least two times a week you definitely should, but idek if itll be high roi if you can’t get that protein
 
That's the reason bmi is useless. My bmi is like 27-28

You don’t need to know your bf, you’re fat and it’s obvious. If you’re done growing just hop on a deficit and try to eat protein/go to the gym as much as possible

As someone who has also actually done this, it worked pretty well. But yeah over time as you get stronger obviously you’re gonna need heavier weights. And wdym you can’t train legs?
