When my friend told me he was a model, he started talking ab his career and shit. Then he said I could easily join his agency, I look as good as a lot of them.

Turns out be was fucking his girl but her Dad came home earlier than expected. A whole day earlier. And she’s got strict ass parents so to escape quickly she threw his clothes out the window and he also jumped out butt naked and had to dress himself while running down the street so her uncles who was still in the car couldn’t see him. I was fucking dying

Yeah! I was kinda shocked by how many of them could just be average people.
Makes you realize modeling is just trying to BE someone with a "look" (which, usually is an attractive one, but not always). And hoping some brand that relies on looks to make a profit decides to hire you for your look (for example, commercial modeling)

Runaway they often choose actual ugly models. Sause the point is clothes should be what is show cased so for cat walk they choose odd looking ppl. Editorial almost the same, more unique and uncanny. For conventional attractiveness it's catalogue which is what I do, magazines, websites places like bohjooman where you try a bunch of clothes. Commercial modelling is where most good looking ppl fit into. If ur above average in looks you can do it for a guy (as long as ur tall enough) my biggest gig was Tommy hillfiger and they paid like 7k but those come once in a blue moon mostly if u wanna make it a career and aren't insanely stunning ur looking at living wage per hour so like asos models just ljkterslt get paid like 15 an hour to dress up in those various clothes. I've done asos and they literally paid me 20 quid an hour and every so often when when new clothing line pops up they ask u to come in. It doesn't pay amazing. But good thing is you can choose what gigs d u want to do.

Google open castings London for example but please remember not get scammed. There's alot of scams who make u Pay for photos. You should never I repeat never pay for any photos by an agency. They will handle all that on their end.

Nah average is hard there's WAY too many. Of those trying to model. You have to be atleast high end of average so conventionally good looking agreed by majority thst you are atleast good looking.
