1. Choose a country

2. Immigrate there without paying
In 2025, there are many volunteer services and unauthorized routes to immigrate to where you need to. For this thread I won't be mentioning any illegal routes. Instead I will focus on one of the many volunteer ways to get to a country. The EVS(European Voluntary Service) is a nonprofit organization which can pay for your whole trip and even temporary housing. The only caveat is that it may take a few months for your application to be approved. This organization can support the temporary travel and housing expenses of an Indian family of up to 6 people. The EVS operates in many south asian countries including India and helps selected Indian citizens carefully cross the European borders.

3. Living for free
Congratulations You are a European citizen. First things first; As soon as you arrive you will be handed the necessary documents and will be transported into a temporary housing shuttle. As soon as possible you should make your way to the respected political office and file your and your entire family's name under unemployment/Seeking a Job. This will grant you permanent asylum provided by your government usually in class C housing. Depending on how big your family is you may even be upgraded to a class B.
Now that you have shelter; you must focus on basic expenses. Your first gas and electricity bills are paid off for that month by the government so you have some time before you need to worry about those again. As for the other basic living needs such as food and water there are many community hosted food banks all across Europe that provide access to free sanitized foods to European citizens for up to 30-60 days. Meanwhile you can sustain you and your family(if any) on this. But keep in mind this cannot be done forever so we need a secondary plan of action.
As soon as you are comfortable in your new home; you are to immediately enroll your children in an education facility or schooling. Ensure that this educational facility is public and supported by your respective government. This is very important because now you are to file another claim. The following claim(s) can only be filed if you or your child is enrolled in a public school. You are to file for low income credit(most E.U governments have this) and file for EUED(European Union Educational Dependency). This will give you another plethora of benefits including:
