Usually for ricecels althought I think if you are brown or ethnic in general you can take some parts of this guide
This is what I use for the summer when my skin starts becoming tan-ish
Skin
Obviously a skincare routine (Cleanser, Moisturizer)
Hydroquinone (4%)
Adapalene
spf 50 sunscreen with pa++++
Tretinoin
Niacinamide ( I use with Zinc in the serum)
Alpha Arbutin
MSM
IV Glutathione
Monobenzone
Glucosamine + chondrotitin (good for keeping morning height too, althought I dont use it because I have allergies to shellfish)
Oral minox and bimatoprost for eyebrows and eyelashes
Better Mentions:
Pdo Threads(good for collagen but you need a lot of them in your face for a practical effect)
Accutane ( cruise on lower dosages, 20mg-40 is fine)
Chemical Peels + Laser Treatments (money and age verification)
Microneedling
Tinted Moisturizer
Tinted chapstick
Only enter sun for 1-2 hours a day
GHK - CU(pinned)
Hair
Shampoo 1-2 times a week conditioner every other day
Keratin treatment for curlier hair, we want 1c-2b hair for this, several korean haircuts can work, just search it up and find out what works best for you
Body
Anything lean will work (8-14% bf)
Can have some muscle, or even a lot but it's better to look more slim in your clothing for the kpop niche.
Silicone shoulder pads + lifts can fraud your frame and size + clothes will just look better
6'0+ is preferred for this niche but you can get away with 5'10 even as most asians are shorter
You can use furosemide to debloat as well.
Fashion
As long as you dont look autistic you're fine
More
You can go the route of surgery, but that should be tailored to you specifically. Skin is a #1 priority in this niche, so you can look young and healthy.
$$ can go a long way in this niche, you could actually end up beta-buxxing later on in life
You wont really look masculine in this niche tbh, typically boneless
This niche is associated with higher class and status so yes studying and getting a high class job and lifestyle can backup your frauded looks
Lmk anything I missed
