Under-eye patches: Some work well but in the end the change is temporary. Also, they can cost quite a lot for a one-time thing.
Normally the package says to leave them on for 15-20 minutes but if I have time I leave them on for around 40 minutes, also putting them in the fridge works
ACURE under super-greens eye super greens patches: My personal favorite, they depuff and brighten the undereye area with caffeine and kale. I currently can't find them anywhere online now though
Peace out puffy eye patches: Use caffeine, niacinamide, and hydrochloric acid, £23 for 6 pairs
Peter Thomas Roth water drench hydra-gel eye patches: They use ceramides, collagen, and caffeine for puffiness and brightening. £48 for 30 pairs
2) Very obvious but sleeping well, a good amount for adults is 8 hours. Also using 2 pillows to elevate your head in sleep can reduce puffiness
3) Cold compress: it can shrink dilated blood vessels and reduce puffiness
Some at-home ones are a cold/frozen spoon, frozen peas, or ice cubes
I use the Latme ice roller and it works great for me and has good reviews, it's around £11 on amazon
4) Use tea bags: caffeine contains antioxidants and can increase blood flow to the skin. Just steep the tea bags for 4-5 minutes, let them chill for 15 in a fridge, squeeze out extra liquid and leave the tea bags on for 15-30 minutes.
