The AI stuff is almost never accurate. It doesn't actually have the biometric technology it would take for it to understand your face; it only knows how to 'read' the image (as in predict what the image is of).

I guess you could make the argument 'a photo of a beautiful woman' is a description it could 'understand', but I would not assume the ratings are accurate. It should only be used as a fun silly thing or a curiosity thing, not a baseline.
