Guys drop a fat n*****s workout routine

What, I mean I can walk 10k I did 11k before but I hate cardio because I sweat uncontrollably… I also want muscle but I’ll just drop the weight first and get good weight when it’s gone.

Where do you want muscles ? Any full-body routine with compound movements will do the job, 2 to 3 times per week frequency

Uhm ackshually ☝️🤓 Building muscle over time will increase your BMR which can help with weight loss.

I prefer to work out my core, but I know women tend to prefer the legs/thighs/glutes.

Best thing to do is get some dumbbells and then just workout the parts you want to. "Thighs dumbbells workout" for example.

According to a lot of studies, the machine counter parts for a lot of dumbbell exercises don't make a major differences. So you don't need fancy equipment. The machines may help with making the exercise itself a bit easier and sometimes will make you feel more stable / do proper form, but in regards of gains the differences is usually minimal or makes no differences at all.

Thank you, I actually prefer arms because I like the feeling of sore arms rather than sore legs.
