JFL Gym is so fucking boring

You can do something else like calisthenics and crossfit. Both are compatible to get the female gaze physique

Swimming works, Rucking works etc etc

I’ve done it and it was the most blissful experience I’ve had

I found cigarettes and 36$ just chilling in a bottle simply by walking, you aint getting that at the soygym

Gym and training is the best stop being a fat pussy. Im praying that if u quit the gym some random dude will come sa ur weak ahh
 
i enjoy it bc the progress is addictive, improving each week and being able to lift more weight
