Okay, this is gonna be hard because your vegetarian. But gym is my specialty. If you are skinny fat, best thing to do is maintenance or a slight surplus. Not a heavy bulk. I repeat, not a heavy bulk. If you work out 5-6 times a week, eat around 2700-2900 calories. Make sure you eat clean...
are you Indian, why are you vegetarian your asking for development hell. I recommend the upper lower split or full body 2-3x a week
im austrian. im vegetarian cuz healthier and animals. and i started the arnold split today

If you work out 5-6 times a week, eat around 2700-2900 calories. Make sure you eat clean, whole foods like oats, rice, etc. I put your stats in a calculator and factored in you working out 5 times a week. Follow a push pull legs/ Upper lower training split.

Push day: Incline bench, pec fly, dumbbell flat bench, tricep pushdown, tricep overhead extension, lateral raises
Pull day: Low rows, heavy barbell row, pullovers, bicep curl any variation for 9 sets
Legs: Adductors, Hamstring curls, hack squat, leg extension
Upper: Heavy bench, 4-8 reps for 4 sets, light lat pulldowns, then do same arm workout just on same day, including lateral raises for shoulders
Lower: Same leg day, this time with calves

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO TRAIN TO FAILURE
Train to failure close to every set.
The difference is huge. Do this, stay consistent.
Gaining muscle requires three things, and take away one factor, then you will not grow or get the physique you desire

1. Stimulus (Working out is breaking down your muscle fibers to make your body adapt and grow stronger)
2. Fuel (Your body cannot repair itself without proper nutrients)
3. Rest (This is when you gain muscle. Aim from 8-10 hours of sleep per night)

Hope this helps! I am a certified personal trainer and a competitive amateur bodybuilder, so I know my stuff ;)

like that 💔?

nah not rlly just more complicated
yeah it is

Your natural creatine levels are rlly low, also the volume of food you need to eat to reach 1.5 grams of protein per pound is rlly high

Why not eat meat?

animal meat has all of the essential amino acids

well, the human body produces creatine by itself, and 99% of all meat eating gym goers still supplement it
cuz its healthier (heart and cardiovascular system, less cancer risk) and animals
a snickers or peanut butter does too so whats ur point there

Just because your body produces creatine doesn’t mean that’s enough

You still need it from meat,

Supplements don’t come with other nutrients like natural creatine. Also natural creatine absorbs better

ur body creates the amount of creatine thats essential for ur body, all the additional creatine is just for benefits, u dont NEED it.
and i would rather take a pill a day than eat a whole aah raw steak to get less creatine out of it

First of all, like I said the creatine your body makes is not enough. Sorry if you don’t want to believe it

You don’t get the other nutrients from “a pill”

u said eggs arent vegetarian
do u know what the fucking difference between vegetarian and vegan is?
Ok bro, they are technically vegetarian and not vegan

Sorry for not knowing the difference 😭

But in reality your still eating an animal 🥹

its better for ur heart and cardiovascular system, and its a way lower risk of cancer and obesity
and i like animals (u can like animals while eating meat too but im just sayin)
Ig bro 😭

Make your life annoying to save a few animals and live a few more years
