someone took ss of my own progress i had only posted for like 30 mins and made it seem like i was being provocative and sending it around 💀

Yes, it does work bevause stimulus is stimulus at the end of the day, but you could be making A LOT more progress. You’re basically doing the sis split (bro split version for women).I’d recommend a 2-3.5x frequency split with less session overlap

Yes, and I would recommend you put the muscles you want worked earlier in your session as they’re fresher meaning theyll get more stimulus.

For example, if biceps are your main priority, you should start off every workout (when you’re hitting biceps) with a bicep curl

Your actually a life saver I’m still kinda new to the gym so I really appreciate this
