Chest + Bizep, Back + Tricep+ shoulder, repeat both, rest, repeat both twice, rest, ....
i think u mean chest and tricep and back and biceps

no legs 💔, abs 💔, probably no erectors 💔, obliques 💔, forearms 💔 (though will grow overtime), neck 💔
