gyms in my area wont take people my age group and the nearest planet fitness is 30 minutes away help me
Isometrics are a decent alternative to weightlifting if you don’t have a gym, I wouldn’t recommend this be your main method of working out for though

It’s difficult to track progress unless you have a scale to measure force output or increase time per isometric rep
