Gymcelling after long time

lean bulking is almost the only way foward. and working certain muscle groups to failure like shoulders and biceps till you just die is also the only way same with abs until someone dies
i used to workout with dorian yates program, ngl it was fun and enjoyable
 
Currently I'm in gym doing cardio, chest and triceps..
Tbh gym is full of cringe kids who wants to gain abs for summer type shit etc
muh lean is law
