Lock in on your diet super important, if you're cutting do like 400 cal deficit to start, see how u go, if gaining a 200-300cal surplus is good, eat 0.8g protein/pound of body weight. Use carbs before a workout for energy, and eat healthy fats for high T.
Supplements aren't really that important, but if u can afford it, get creatine and a preworkout, and make sure to drink lots too, yeye. If ur really balling, there's a few more supps u could take lemme know.
Sleep is crucial; get your 7-8 hours like a good boy.
With training, ppl over think it so much. The fundamentals are: you want to train a muscle group twice a week with 72 hours of rest in between. Some ppl can rest less, but u gotta be dialled and maybe juicing. So your split doesn't particularly matter as long as you can do this. I can do 6xppl if you have time to train 45 minutes/hour, six times a week. This goated, won't gas out as fast compared to fb or upper/lower. But still it doesn't matter a ton, just lift bruzzy.
I wouldn't really recommend making ur own routine if ur just starting, it will come with a lot of trial and error. Instead, download the Hevy app, find a premade routine that works for you. Form is also hella important, watch vids on YouTube, get it right, you don't want to injure yourself bhai.
Anyway, just be consistent with all ts u will be big chilling yeye, also look into posturemaxxing and getting a tan
