Hair dye and minoxodil

I’m not sure wether to dye my eyebrows, use topical minoxidil, or just a pencil.
Anyone know which ones are better or if either have major drawbacks I might not know of?
Pricing is also relevant.
I have dark brown hair with dark brown eyebrows but the problem is they’re a bit scarce and I’m aiming for thicker darker bushier eyebrows

both are good, minoxidil 5% with derma stamp will 100% show a great increase of growth while eyebrow dye is kind of frauding but if u do minoxidil first then after a few months dye them your eyebrows will be perfect
