Well if im mmtb now and thats with short hair which signifigantly decreases fem ratings ill be around hmtb or lhtb with long hair

tbh i don't think it'll help that much, maybe slightly but it won't bring you up a whole tier, you'd reach hmtb-lhtb by fixing ur lower third and nose

Ive yet to find an ortho around here wholl reccomend me lower at this age
And i think making such a big change to the main and basically only falio would put me up too
God if i grow my hair out and got surgery i could be lhtb-mhtb

Dermarolling is useless in your case. Biotin doesn't works your intestines produce enough biotin

Eat collagen (beef gelatin), proteins, if you have the budget try to find high quality supplements (NOT topicals) with co-enzyme, q10, keratin, hyaluronic acid.

For oils, i recommend for girls the good old mix : mustard oil diluted with 5% rosemary oil, 5% peppermint oil and few drops of Vitamin E (anti rancid). And massage the scalp with (NOT the hair, the scalp, to increase topical bloodflow) and leave it few hours or overnight.
