I made a guide awhile ago on rosemary oil for hair growth
but ive done more research and have seen that no trials have been done on rosemary consumption and hair growth
im going to take 2 weeks to instead of doing my regular hair oil, having a full glass of rosemary tea every day
ive found rosemary to smell and taste quiet sweet when boiled down so if it doesnt work oh well
rosemary works within few application so 2 weeks is a decent run, normally I get around an inch or 2 in 2 weeks when I apply regularly so lets see if I can get around that amount with the tea
