I took out my hair color (attempted to) with baking soda and anti dandruff shampoo and now it looks like this (I had to cut the un-saveable parts so they didn't run up my hair shaft)
how do I grow it longer again and let it heal faster again?

nah bro that's not how blue hair works I knew a girl who did a similar thing but when It got to this color she put black on it and it just turned to a really dark green.
