Hair loss and starving

So like I lost 10 ish kg in the past couple months, I just never binged and wouldn’t eat over 1,800 calories. Even if I did break my diet it would be like 2 cupcakes. Idk I didn’t have a specific calorie intake amount I js ate twice a day and kept it unprocessed foods. But now I wanna get serious and like lose the last 7kg really quick through ⭐️ving. I don’t think it’ll happen but at what point do people start losing hair after starting an extreme calorie deficit. Like ~500 cal a day or less. I wanna avoid that at all costs because my hair naturally is thin.

you can lose all that weight without starving, just stay in a deficit and actually workout

well I wouldn’t suggest u to starve. since i was 13 till 16 i suffered from anorexia and that messed up my hair. it got really thin and i had bald spots, and it took forever for it to grow back. honestly it never really went back to how it was before. i’m not sure though if starve just for a short period can mess it up that much but i wouldn’t take the risk…

I got to bmi 16 and didn’t lose any hair at all despite constant bp or restriction. It might be different for everyone but even at my lw I still looked like shit and soft so just workout and prioritize eating healthy

dont starve yourself. fasting is good but you shouldnt go over a couple days with no food. just eat well and workout.
do not even go near processed foods or seed sludge. id say stick to meats mainly but again you do you
 
Nope I’m not. But it’s not about my bmi it’s my arms and waist I need them small.
waist is mostly just what ur ribs look like though, if ur bmi is 21 shouldn't ur waist be small either way?

caffeine max and go for 1.2 k cals exactly
 
1.5k cals + cardio
 
You probably already are losing hair to be honest. I involuntary restrict, and along with my low iron and ARFID, I lose a shit ton of hair. It comes out when I brush it, i run my fingers through it, or im literally doing nothing to it. It just falls out. If you want to improve your weight I don't think starving is the way to do it. It has permanently messed up my memory and self image.
