I tried to get lean and I ended up super lean but no hair very big looksmin anyway. I need help how can I grow my hair back? Anything appreciated I’m on iron medication and eating properly is there anything I can do to get my hair back?

Maybe consider taking Finasteride, Oral Minoxidil or Topical Minoxidil and microneedling

Or Dutasteride cause it’s stronger than Finasteride, RU58841 5%
