Discussion Haircut for headshape?

I would love to know if longer or shorter hair suits my heart( i think) head shape and if so what haircut would go well with it? Im not sure if these pictures of my head will help with an opinion but yeah...

fix yellow sclera
improve skin quality w/ collagen, red light therapy, basic skincare
try to fix under eye support: ice, sleep, eye cream w/volufline + caffeine, vitamin C
as for the hair i have no idea

My first question, by low cut you mean cuts like what?. Secondly im not familiar with LTN and MTN? , i tried researching but i still don't know
