I cut my hair to short its still relatively long at up to the eyebrows but i can stop thinking about my old hair any good hair styles for shorter hair and also should i invest into getting products ive never used a product if so please give me recommendations.

Try a middle part and thicken your eyebrows

When i get it how i want it when damp it literally gets messed up in seconds and just looks horrible before it can dry what can i even do about that.

Literally also dye them i needa go darker idk if the dye just sucks or i need a darker color cuz im using a brunette color dye because tbh i feel like black with my blonde hair would look off.

which would be a better option and also kinda dumb question but it would have to be applied on my scalp. Would it not make my hair oily from trying to get to my scalp.

idk, something simple ig, literally anything would be fine. it's just that ur hair just needs to be fully dry and 'clean' before you use minox. so that there's minimal interference from any other products in the presence of the minox.

i feel you bro i js got a bad haircut myself and im currently following my own guide to make my hair grow out faster. i think you should check it out its all science based and really easy to understand. ill leave a link in a bit
