Serious haircut recommendations

idk what to do w my hair, usually i kept it short, but cuz my ears are rlly protruding i grew it out. have had my hair like this for a couple months now. usually i get a taper, but i’m thinking of growing it out. not sure about my hair type either, when i’m done showering it’s straight like 1b, but after a day or two it’s 2a/2b.
