How do I deal with hairfall, it recently started like a week ago
I have decently long hair and my scalp is dry and had dandruff but now there isn't that much but there still is some, the only thing I use is a sea salt spray because every time I use a shampoo my hair becomes extremely flat. I shampoo like twice a week.

if it helps, glycolic acid does wonders for dandruff
also no offence but do the men in ur family bald at an early age? if so might be a sign lol

nah nobody in my family started balding before their 45's as much as I know

I read an interesting study back then on Piroctone Olamine as a leave-in on the scalp to fight dandruff, psoriasis and AGA. You should try that.

If it doesn't stops, see a proper trichologist to get an analysis of your scalp and if you need to hop on finasteride or else
