The ultimate predictor of good energy metabolism
Hair is one of the best markers for health since it's not entirely necessary. It takes a surplus of energy to grow/maintain and is superfluous under stress. You can fake other markers of beauty/health through HRT, surgery, cosmetics, but you really can't fake hair. That Is Why It Is So Attractive

These are the substances that will give you not only shiny, lush hair but also beautiful young skin and strong nails.

3. Glycine: collagen, gelatine, gelatinous broth, and gelatinous cuts of meat (shanks, tails, cheeks)

4. Vitamin E: Olive oil and almonds

5. Vitamin C: orange juice, cherries, plums, blackcurrants, citrus fruits, berries, kiwi, etc

6. Vitamin B7 (biotin): pasture-raised egg yolks, liver, pasture-raised pork chops

7. Hyaluronic Acid: bone broth, liver, chicken comb extract

8. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide): liver, chicken breast, beef

9. Taurine: shellfish (clams, scallops, oysters), octopus and squid, beef

great thread but i dont think you need high levels of vit c and vit e if u eat raw primal

Yeah i dont know how
Someone teach me pls
the basic things u need to use are a curly shampoo and conditioner, curl cream, and a gel

I use the shea moisture coconut hibiscus shampoo, conditioner, and curl smoothie. For gel I use the LA looks sports gel, although using a curl specific gel would prob be better

And what about bodyhair and face hair? Girls grow it but socially we are used to see them saved and is like the good looking standard. With the gym and pretty boy popularity it is starting to be the same for men (at least young ones like us) so, what should we do with it? Let the new style sink in and shave or just make the beard and body hair grow and just take care of it.

it depends on your ethnicity/traits because i for example am 25 years old and i dont grow a beard and i have no hair all over my body jfl

so if you do grow a beard and it looks good on you I would just wear it in a neat way.

Facial hair is a death sentence for a young bloke nowadays. Most girls around my age don't find signs of testosterone and masculinity attractive. They like tall, skinny, clean shaven, no body hair, low test soft facial features.(think prettyboy)

by today's standard, clean shave, shave armpits, minimal body hair, dress like a queer, inject estrogen, and be ready to slay if your dick still works.

its just young girls
studies show that women's preference for masculinity increases as they age, and also menstrual fluctuations. i dont think they want trannies

I guess the estrogen and queer part are joke. But what kind of dressing you believe women rather?

Yeah shouldn't be a problem because as we age we are more masculine too right? Maybe trying to be androgynous could be the best?
