shiny and voluminous dont go very well together, youll kind of have to sacrifice part of one of them
try double shampooing with a volumising shampoo
blowdry your hair roughly, do not straighten it
maybe try out hairstyles like flipping it over to one side? depends what suits you
ive seen women use texture powder on their hair, but im not sure how well it works
heatless curls or a blowout can really help with volume too

Like literally just putting nothing no shampoo either will make ur hair great it did to mine
