It just doesn’t seem possible to me usually I can eat up to 5 meals a day but it’s more or less like a thing that evens out so some days I don’t eat much at all but others I eat a bunch

I know I have had it for a long time . The issue is that when we give her advice on how to make it better she just refuses and finds another unrelated issue to cope.

because you’re a guy, men naturally have higher basal metabolic rates so ofc you need more food, plus guys on average are more active
