I got them from Amazon. I didn't use any painkillers tbh if you want to try it make sure to inform yourself a lot about it online you have to pay attention to many things and be careful so you don't bleed much

i've actually been looking more into bimax instead, thats the only really invasive surgery i wanna get. i guess jaw shaving is pretty invasive too, but besides those two my surgery list isnt too risky
