Happiness is the key for life and without happiness a human would not have the ability for living or keep going on.
Scientifically , Happiness increases dopamine and oxytocin which support the human's hormones that make the human healthier and Stronger.
While happiness lowering cortisol , Being stressed and sad raises your cortisol levels which make you weaker and unhealthy , in other meaning
Your hormones will be fucked , your metabolism gonna be fucked also your sleep schedule.
That's why you should never stress and always try to be happy .

Always cheer yourself over small tasks and celebrate small wins.
