softmaxxing is non surgical. losing weight, changing your hair, going to the gym, improving style, filler, improving your skin, etc.

hardmaxxing is surgical. really any genuine cosmetic surgery, like rhino, genio, jaw surgeries, canthoplasty, boob job, any implants, and so on

what are the differences between the two?
Softmaxes are usually lower investment (and sometimes lower return) and don't require as much time or money to do

Hardmaxes usually refer to things like surgery, and permanent changes to your bone structure

softmaxxes arent as expensive or risky, e.g.: gym, skincare, haircuts, fraudiing with makeup/height shoes

hardmaxxes are expensive/risky, e.g.: plastic surgery, steroids, hgh, bonesmashing, most peptides

some arguably sit between. hardmaxxes are therefore the last resort due to the high return and high risks
