honestly, i'm just pretty curious as to what my options are for increasing bone mass in my face. im early 20s, and overall am pretty satisfied with my appearance but have been cucked by a triangular face shape. my features and symmetry are good, but to make up for the lack of cheekbone defintion / narrow jaw i use the play of a longer hairstyle however would rather fix the root issue instead of just covering it up.

in regards to surgeries, what options are there out there? my girlfriend's mother offered a discount on jaw filler as she works in beauty however i get the feeling that implants would possibly give a better result than just filler. im open to any ideas

yea from what i've seen so far they're my best option, would you suggest implants for cheekbones too or just use them for jaw?
Yea both

maybe im just fucking retarded but i thought lefort surgery was mostly for recessed maxillas and fucked up symmetry as opposed to helping w lower jaw width?
Yeah you're right, can't lie I DNR the text. Double jaw surgery it is
