Hardmaxxing Advice

What can I do to ascend? I am planning on hard-maxxing and getting procedures done so I would greatly appreciate suggestions and advice on that. Please help me. Genuinely going to rope if I can't get this shit figured out. I'm tired of being a chopped asymmetrical LTN with no prospects. I need to at least hit MTN or it's over for me.

I tried to get a good symmetrical photo until I realized that's impossible because I am a deformed monster.

Grow out your hair, get a palate expander or some shit too (idk alot about that stuff tbf), make sure you're not mouth breathing, grow out lashes, kojic acid and caffiene serum for eye circles and then lean down before thinking about surgery. You will probably need it though

I'm definitely gonna fucking need it, I've been leaned out before and I was just as ugly as I am now. If you think of any surgeries you are confident might help me not be disgusting lmk, thanks.

Ears pinned back and lefort 3 (I've mot researched surgery beyond what I want so im not sure) but you can look into it
