Hardmaxxing outcomes...any negatives?

@Marlonmogsyouhaha what is the best hardmaxxing technique in your opinion? i use gua sha which is hard. make sure to drink coconut water to debloat

Bonesmashing is the hardest of the maxxes

Have any of you had like procedures done and regretted it? or know anyone who got botched

I’ve had rhinoplasty, pdo threads, filler, Botox, chemical peels, and medical grade lasers. The only thing I regret is the pdo threads and the filler in my lips for a period of time because I had way too much. A lot of the lip filler has dissolved and I like the look of it now. For reference I am 25 and am way older than most people on here so this has been over the course of 7 years.

Definitely AVOID pdo threads, the result literally only lasts 3 weeks and I developed a small nodule on my forehead that took like a year to go away. Any reputable plastic surgeon these days advises against them, too high of a risk and also incredibly painful.
