I’ve been wanted to get some plastic surgery done; what different surgeries should I get in order to have a more aesthetic face? (WARNING I TOOK ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PICS OF MYSELF)

So what else would help? I think I have a naturally downturned mouth and extra buccial fat, maybe a rhino to straighten my nose and get ride of the weird bend. Is there surgery to fix eye asymmetry?

You do carry around 20% body fat from what I remember from you showing your physique. So lose some of that and your cheeks will slim down. You could consider a palate expander to widen your mouth. I wouldn't recommend a rhino but it might ascend you slightly idk. Don't worry about eye asymmetry, they look fine. Lefort would be the best idea if you were to get any kind of surgery
