For me, yes. One night at 3AM I decided to vent on an internet forum about my shitty life (I rarely did this). A girl replied to it, and that turned into a relationship.

If not for that, I'd most likely be an incel, and struggle with self-esteem and anxiety. That single event cured all of that, and I see life much differently. I'm so glad I met her.
