Serious has anybody had very bad sebaceous filaments and insanely oily skin?? i need help

lol my sebaceous filaments get so visible throughout the day even with makeup on and my makeup practically melts from the oils on my skin i highkey wish i had a different skin type im not an expert in dermatology or anything so i was wondering if anybody had tips to reduce oil and make the sebaceous filaments less visible

u should probs look into accutane and then double cleansing for subaceous filament

i double cleanse already, i dont have a lot of acne so im not sure if i should take accutane but ill ask my derm

hm yeah wait fair point, shit idk i always struggled with very dry skin instead

For me nothing works for my sebaceous filaments except retinol
Double cleansing is good too but it only works like right after I do it yk what I mean

If you don’t have acne you don’t need accutane bro I’m sick of everyone on here recommending it left and right

tretinoin helped my sebaceous filaments a ton. started on 0.05 and now i'm at 0.1. but don't pick them it WILL make them bigger and prone to infection, i learned this the hard way
