I haven’t seen a lot of people talk about it but apparently it’s safer than cheeks from the one guide I’ve seen it mentioned

Have u tried rapid jaw openings to raise your hyoid or is it fat under your jaw

I’ve tried them and also some other exercises
I suspect that it’s just the way the fat distributed because of prolonged mouth breathing but I’m not positive
