Discussion has anyone else been gymceling for 5+years? how do you cope with the mundanity and repetitiveness of it ?

ive gotten to the point where unless im pinning above 250 weekly i wont really put on much muscle at all, i went from 6 days a week every week for 4 years to only like three or four times a week, just going at this point to maintain
 
if you don't enjoy exercise, there is something wrong with u man

if you don't enjoy gymcelling its not for you

its a good from of cope but not much more over the long term
