Because you could easily identify a person via their face.
I mean yeah but like I mean dropping someones IP here

An IP adress is a much milder form of doxx. Essentially negligible for most.
how is getting your IP doxxed mild

Because you can't really identify someone through IP alone. It may lead you to a vicinity which could be corroborated with more info, but apart from that quite useless.
