they are around 3k dollars, if you can either go tu turkey or mexico or korea they have good surgeons there for reasonable prices, most of them studied abroad.

you should look for a specialized otorrinolaringolist that has worked in plastic surgery

i did it when i was i 18 i gifted myself a rhino, it took two good weeks to recover.

look for a surgeon that can show you a portafolio has specialization and has at least 20 years of experience, as well try to see if your insurance can pay for it, normally theres deformities in everyones nose you can claim you had an accident to make your insurance cover it
