No surgeon no matter how much you pay them will do this for cosmetic reason.
Most of the time it isn’t even needed unless you are deformed. It is extremely difficult and risky along with being expensive asf. A LeFort 3 isn’t the ultimate “ascension” unless you are deformed.

I am aware, I have done research on the procedure, they basically cut your face in half and move almost all of the facial front bones by breaking them
