It damages the hair a lot especially if done consistently, and as it grows the top will be wavy/curly and the bottom straight. Not worth it in my opinion.

I think a deep conditioner could definitely help with frizziness and any dryness. You actually have beautiful hair, by the way you were talking I was expecting way worse. Do you have a curl routine?

Thanks tbh it has good days and bad days mainly bad days
I use a deep conditioner sometimes but when i style it i use a curl cream, gel and mousse
i’ll either air dry it or diffuse it depends on how much time i have

i’ll either air dry it or diffuse it depends on how much time i have

Def do the deep conditioner like once a week, since you’re doing curl cream, gel and mousse it may be too much product. I use the morroccan oil intense curl cream and love it. You only need a tiny bit and I scrunch it into my hair. Makes my wavy curls sooo nice.
