Has anyone here used hq 4% all over their face?

The results aren’t patchy at all, it’s a product that doesn’t work right away. You’ll be fine using it all over your face. It’s drying since it’s strong so use moisturizer like 5 minutes after you apply it and do NOT go out in the sun with no sun protection, using it at night is the best approach
