has anyone worked in tech sales (i.e phone sales laptop sales) what skills/ qualifications do u need

I recommend you to have a management degree and/or salesman degree you'll have a better chance/impact to get that job, also having basic product details knowledge about the last tech products

But being good at sales psychology is the most important to sell expensive products to people
