has my gonial and ramus changed in 11 months??

so this is about 11 months ago, as you can see my gonial is shit and my ramus is non existent, check the 2nd photo (current) either its covered by fat but i think my gonail shifted to 45 to 90 and my ramus grew i just dont believe that much growth is possible under a year
