Been struggling with mental health issues for a while but never really had any one to talk too since everyone including my parents brushed it off as a phase. Can’t self diagnose but been depressed lately and I’ve been struggling with my looks since 6th. My parents ignore me when I bring up the fact I’m sad and pretend like I can’t have issues because in their eyes I’m “just a kid”. All I ever needed was someone to talk too.

Thanks man
Nobody takes body dismorphia seriously when your a teen it’s such a same. People assume you’re just insecure but it’s more. It’s horrible living in a world that constantly reminds you that your different but lucky there’s this community with like minded people yo help

and once they accept the fact what will change ? On a scale of 1-10 how depressed are you daily

Idk, I hope they help me and guide me instead of making it worse. On a scale from 1-10 I’d say 6.5 or a 7.
Doubt they would have the iq to help u through it if this is their reaction to it

Better off accepting who you and starting a long journey of mental health improvement and or going to therapy
