Experience having social anxiety sucks

normal activities are exhausting
and just going to school or gym is stressful
i dont really care what others think about me but i care about the consequences like getting bullied, being seen as weird and treated like that or just being a social outcast my whole life.
if i was just a bit more attractive and if i wouldnt act like an autist, i wouldnt have a problem
but im just a ugly loser so me just existing is a crime
I wish people would be more empathetic towards incels, but thats not the case
